Lake Family Dental accepts many dental insurance plans. Please bring your dental insurance card or benefit information to your appointment. Our helpful front office team will verify your coverage and provide you with an estimate of your out-of-pocket responsibility before your treatment begins. We are pleased to file dental insurance claims for you.
Payment Options
Payment for your portion of fees (minus your dental insurance coverage) is required at the end of your appointment. We accept many forms of payment – please let us know what works best for you. In-house payment plans are available – please inquire with our front office team for more information.
